Reason:

Common mispelling(?). Same artist, although either tag is technically correct.

Actual tags are "upright_infinity" -> "upright-infinity", but the latter tag is already aliased to something, so it would not allow me to make a proposal.

EDIT: The tag alias upright_infinity_(artist) -> upright-infinity_(artist) (forum #249974) has been approved by @Rainbow_Dash.

Actually, it is the prior tag, Upright_Infinity, that has an alias. You can't suggest an alias chain, in this case Snoutsniff -> Upright_Infinity -> Upright-Infinity, so it would be best if the hypnened gets aliased to the underscore. Despite the fact that the latter-most has the most tags, the artist themself created an alias request from Snoutsniff to Upright_Infinity in forum #96503.
