How exactly is "A hole in a garment designed to show the center of the wearer's chest" vague? Looks pretty clear to me.

cleavage cutouts are intentional hole on clothing around chest area. the purpose of it is to show cleavage (this is where the name comes from) but this doesnt mean that cleavage is required. just like purpose of bras is to hold titties, it doesnt mean that bra is not bra anymore if the character wearing it doesnt have titties.

Ummm... did an admin just approve this implication, because whole ton of posts of crossdressing male, flat_chested female, ambiguous, etc. characters just had the breasts tag added to them because of it. Can someone please undo this? see -f -dickgirl -herm breasts

Went through the following searches and cleaned those up, that should undo the biggest damage so far.

-female -dickgirl -herm breasts cleavage male
-female -dickgirl -herm breasts cleavage_cutout ambiguous_gender flat_chested
female -dickgirl -herm breasts cleavage_cutout flat_chested solo
-female dickgirl -herm breasts cleavage_cutout flat_chested solo
-female -dickgirl herm breasts cleavage_cutout flat_chested solo
crossdressing male cleavage_cutout breasts solo
ambiguous_gender cleavage_cutout breasts solo

I'll go through the -solo versions tomorrow, those will require me actually being awake enough to look at them properly.

They also ended up on a handful of ferals, I took care of those. (Most of them were also missing the clothed_feral tag so, two birds)
