Aliasing catty_(deltarune) → catty_(undertale)

Reason:

While she's a bit less of a punk due to being raised in a normal society (Catti, Catty's sister, takes the place of the punk instead), she's still the same character. There's no point in keeping these separate, which may just happen thanks to her original Undertale popularity.

EDIT: The tag alias catty_(deltarune) -> catty_(undertale) (forum #264413) has been approved by @bitWolfy.

I foresee a lot of these characters getting this treatment, likely out of spite. But I said it once, I'll say it again: Toriel is Toriel, no matter what game she is in. If DELTARUNE features a character from Undertale, explicitly the character, it should be tagged with the default tag. Exceptions exist, but from as far as I've played in DELTARUNE none of the Undertale characters would get exceptions yet don't listen to grumpy Siral, Furrin's smarter. Even though DELTARUNE is done in the same style as Undertale, they shouldn't get tagged Undertale because they are not from the Undertale game, they are from the DELTARUNE game. Of course, if a series tag is necessary, implications may be required, however the way Toby Fox words it makes it seem unnecessary.

Monster Kid is older (basically a teen now), Temmie_(undertale) wears a cap, Bratty_(undertale) wears a tanktop instead of a poncho, and Toriel has a blouse instead of robes. Asgore's shirt is pretty much the postgame shirt he wore before, but I guess people might try to tag him separately out of spite as well.

Politics Bear, wears a business suit and tie instead of orange jumpsuit.
Hand Receptionist, wears a casual purple dress instead of a business black one.
Gerson--Dead. Name revealed as Gerson Boom.
Snowdrake's mother--Dead. Name revealed as Crystal_(undertale).
Undyne, police uniform, no eyepatch.
nicecream_man, works as a mascot for Ice-E's P"E"zza restaraunt.
Burgerpants, same as Nicecream Guy.
Sad_Dragon, clothed in casual, has glasses, with his family.
rabbit shopkeeper, runs a Diner called "QC's Diner." Unclear if QC is her or somebody else.
Dress_lion_(undertale), he's working at a diner in diner dress.
Ice_wolf, fully clothed, still goes by ice wolf.
Fuku_fire, dressed a little more casually rather than school uniform.
Skateboard_girl, wearing a red plaid shirt.
sans, sans
Monster Kid, teenager. His small spines have grown long, curved, and spiky.
Snowdrake, wears a bowtie now, just like his dad. He also tends to respond to his own jokes with "...That's not funny." just like his dad did. Referred to as Snowy not only in Undertale by his mother, but now in Deltarune by his father too.
Catty, more aunt-like rather than a streetpunk. Even calls herself Kris's aunt.
Bratty, more streetpunky rather than street hippie.
Mettaton may end up being an exception, but not for now: we only speak to them through the door of the Ghost House that Napstablook lived in.
Asgore Dreemurr, looks like he did in the end of Undertale.
rg01_(undertale) and rg02_(undertale), still wear their helmets, but have red plaid shirts on.
Big_mouth_(undertale), works as the nurse/receptionist at the hospital.
Ice-e? There's a guy in the hospital whose head looks like Ice-E.
Toriel, wears a dress instead of robes.
