Reason:

Okay so these two tags are nearly unusued, but hear me out. Most of the various <body part>_marking tags are split between singular and plural. I suggest aliasing all the plural ones to their respective singular counterparts, because "marking" can imply either one or many markings, but "markings" can refer only to more than one.

Might want to alias <body part>_mark and <body part>_marks too.

EDIT: The tag alias thigh_markings -> thigh_marking (forum #247343) has been rejected by @bitWolfy.
