Reason:

Tho habit has other meanings, it's not used in any pic here for anything other than a nun's habit, and it's unlikely it ever would.

Edit: or maybe it would be better to alias them the other way around. Your call.

Conversationally... a habit actually is the word for religious garb of all sorts. Of nuns, monks, friars... which is to say, a buddist's red or orange robes are also a habit, even if generally called by other names.

Nuns are quite famous for their habits, of course. :) Especially in porn.

So, with that said, I'd vote for habit -> nun_habit instead :)

(and maybe this answers the question in another thread about monk clothing too, hm? where is that thread...)
