Same reason as "tied" is currently aliased to "bound."

+1 ... I like that "bound" is more flexible than "tied". "tied" to me implies that there is rope or some type of cord involved whereas "bound" can be basically anything like handcuffs

Because this is still a relevant discussion for an alias that needs to be considered.

Just noticed this myself. Seems like a good idea. There's also a third very similar tag - "cobondage" - that should probably also just be turned into an alias for bound_together.

Tied is occasionally tagged for knotting, and tied_together has the same problem. post #1268379, for instance.
