Lordosis is when feral animals instinctively enter the "mating position".

not same thing. presenting is meant for images of characters showing off their junk with image focusing on whatever they are showing. lordosis tag is not used for that. it seems to be more like on front with occasional arched back thrown in. aliasing to on front would make more sense.
