But it's mostly an object. Rather than setting up some sort of complex disambiguation scheme we could simply update the wiki to explain that "hey, a nail is A NAIL, like a metal nail used for construction...don't use it for other shit." the end.

I also thought about this possibility, but since it is an anatomical feature and an artist name as well, I believe that would be better to disambiguate it. Additionally, both 'nails' have its wiki explaining how the tags should be used, however this confusion still happening.
