Both mean the same thing.

If there's a more-used term, alias all of these to that one instead.

neck_bite?

Neck bite could mean either front, back, or sides.

Should we suggest scruff_biting I-> neck_bite as well?

Regarding the newly created wiki definition:

When one person bites the back of the neck, or scruff, of another during sex.

Why "during sex"? Does biting someone's scruff while doing something else not count?

There's two times in nature when an animal grabs another by the scruff: when a mother/pack member is moving cubs, or when a male is mating a female.

Perhaps a better tag could be used? Perhaps sex scruff biting?

Or "sex scruff_biting" as separate tags. Actually, "sex neck_bite" seems to work well enough.
