Reason:

To achieve such levels of cum that it inflates another visably can be considered excessive cum.

I think excessive_cum is used when you can visibly see the cum and the mess it has caused.

The implication wouldn't work for posts like these where the cum is not visible or not visibly excessive,

It's all relative, isn't it? A giant's cum would be normal for them but excessive for us.
