Reason:

Currently autocunnilingus implies vaginal and masturbation separately. Those implications ought to be deleted and replaced with an implication to the more precise vaginal_masturbation (which then takes care of the vaginal and masturbation implications).

Likewise with autofellatio and penile_masturbation.
