Reason:

Seems to be the same artist: https://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=3610927
Ragujuka is her twitter name.
I don't know origins of achi tag.

EDIT: The tag alias achi -> ragujuka (forum #232657) has been approved by @Rainbow_Dash.

Google translate shows that it's their Pixiv name translated. I don't know how it was translated initially, though, just that the current version is a translation.

I say -1, flip it around and add あぁち -> achi.

And yes, I do trust google translate, since it was not a 1-1 perfect translate I think the current is a correct translation.

I think that using twitter name is better than using translation of japanese pixiv name. Especially since she's using twitter name as a signature: ~achi ~ragujuka signature

It's not their name, it's their @ handle. Their name on that site is also achi (or google translate's ahchi).
