Bright eyes is a very small tag which is a mess that frankly look like it doesn't know what it even supposed to be about. It could be synomous with glowing eyes but it could also be repurposed to serve as a way to distinguish "bright eyes"(light eyes color like baby blue) that doesn't necessarily meet the glowing part.

clean up and alias -- bright eyes isn't serving much purpose.

as for light-colored-eyes, that COULD be an interesting tag, to use in conjunction with our preexisting eye color tags, but the amount of work involved in getting it tagged onto, say, even half of the appropriate pictures would be amazing.
