Aliasing waving_penis → bouncing_penis

Reason:

I can never frickin remember that it's "bouncing" penis, simply because, well... penii don't bounce (and neither do balls, while I'm at it): they wave or they swing, but "bouncing" is certainly not a word I'd use to describe what they do in porn art.

EDIT: The tag alias waving_penis -> bouncing_penis (forum #222158) has been rejected by @SnowWolf.

Technically it is true, but don't you think the aliases should be reserved to things that are problematic at the present time? I mean, "waving_penis" is currently empty and we already have tons of suggestions of implications and alias waiting proper analisis. Besides, you can put "bouncing_penis" in you quick tag list.
