Reason:

Snake impalement is generally distinct from all_the_way_through because of how it concerns an entire character, not just a tentacle or similar appendage, meaning it also fits the definition of full_tour.

+1 to alias snake_impalement away, because the search snake all_the_way_through works better.

full_tour seems to be a bit more useful considering there's no tag describing a character exiting an anus but.. its name is so poor that I would alias that one to something else as well. It's also severely mistagged.
