Well, this is at least a step up from those "oh I'm a nineties kid" comments on YouTube and such. No, you didn't experience the nineties you were born in 1999. How were you supposed to know? Hell, I don't even think I experienced the 90's cept for perhaps the cartoons.

Can't say I'm a nineties kid since the furthest I can remember back without fuzziness is 1999, but I can say that the death throes of the 90s in the 2000s were pretty awesome compared to these days. Therefore, I can say with confidence that I am a kid born twenty years too late.
