The hyper_pregnancy wiki doesn't have any description of what counts. Natural pregnancies can cause quite a large belly, such as in post #1015265, but somebody else pointed out that by comparison, the head is small; is that enough to count? What levels of comparisons should we look for?

I would say it does. The character in question is wide hipped and busty, but her head and her arm length indicates to me that she's supposed to be a very curvy character. To me her belly looks well beyond a standard 9 month pregnancy.

I would assume that the measurement for hyper pregnancy is the same for other hyper measurements, that is to say when it reaches levels nigh impossible for real people.

I'd say 101 dalmatians would count as hyper pregnancy.
