So this myster is still isn't solved in portal 2. What does Doug rattman saying? Here is the video
I could be the key to something cause valve does everything intentionally so this must have a meaning and this was also confirmed by a valve employee.

I'm just gonna go ahead and post my raw attempt at deciphering what he says that I made ages ago (I didn't get very far, hence it's a mess). It's not very comprehensive, but might have something interesting in it. Numbers are just timestamps in seconds, but don't trust those.
If you can't bother looking it through, I suggest to at least check out the 10 second mark ;)
