may not be considered technically correct based on how you feel RE personhood of a fetus, but seems correct enough for porn booru purposes IMO

Snuff is for content where someone derives sexual pleasure from it. Clearly that doesn't apply to most instances of abortion.

ah, my mistake! is there a more generalized tag for just the act of killing that would be a better fit? i was thinking "death", but wasn't sure if that fit situations where the abortion was in progress with the potential for still live fetus
