This last year I have noticed that the amount of artists uploading their own art on E6 have increased significantly.

I'm wondering if there is any list of the artists that actually do upload their own work on here. It's pretty nice finding these artists, as they tend to be relatively unknown on larger websites like Furaffinity or Weasyl, even though the quality of their work may be/is greater than that of more well-known artists.

So, got any list? Or do you know of any artist that is uploading their own work here on the site?

The most obvious ones to me are Syynx and Siyah.

Kayla-na, Mittsies, and Fatalfox are the ones I know off the top of my head.

There are quite a few artists that upload their own work. Narse had mentioned he would, but by the time he gets around to it, users have already done it.

I will say that the number of artists requesting to be taken off of DNP have increased as well.

KajHiro, and what EDFDarkangel1 said is true i've seen moodyferret post his own works which I could have sworn was DNP.... but thats all I can think of off the top of my head....

Why not avoid trouble for the more controversial stuff. Or possibly to keep more distance from said weirder stuff

I see lots of people do it but they're not usually that well known and the names don't really spring to mind right now. The case EDF mentioned about Narse is probably the same with a lot of other popular artists too.

Sometimes it's the same case as Narse's. At the time artists want to upload their artwork, it has been uploaded already by the users.

Some that I can remember:

digitoxici - mostly feral cats and some dragons
dragon-v0942 - more of the recent, non-collab stuffs
chancebandit - gay and cute
petresko - mostly aliens (dokri, sepilian)
feretta - mostly the comic

Some potential indicators are the artist commenting on their own works and certain types of descriptions.
