i've been looking awhile for artists to commission pictures from, and so far the only artist whom i like with open commissions is glitter trap boy. so far, the best way to find such an artist is to scour my favorites, hope there's a good source link, and then hope they have open commissions.

No idea. Keeping it updated would take a lot of work since artists open and close commissions all the time, and because of the sheer number of artists out there.
