I don't know what an IP is, i am that nooby, but he said that would show we are different apparently.

That guy is dumb, and he's now our personal Giorgio Tsoukalos.

Very little of what he says has truth to it, so I wouldn't devote too much thought to any messages he sends you. And I don't know how he could be ban evading when he isn't even banned.

The IP is basically your internet address, just like your house or apartment has a address so that the mail man can give you your post so does your computer have one that the internet(-site) knows where to send your porn.
Like your real address is this one unique so that nothing gets mixed up, however the IP is visible to everyone (at least the sites you visit, not other visitor of the site) because the internet needs to know it or you couldn't see anything.

The IP is also the easiest way to differentiate between certain people or to make sure some people do not have access to something, e.g. a site they are banned from.

hey ippiki, could frryfan be one of the more recent banned persons on a different computer? (like say, friends house, or library computer) I remeber Derpy yelling about how he was "xxsomthingsomthingsomthingxx" after someone said somthing to him...

And xxxfurryfanxxx did talk an awful lot about having made an account at a friend's house that he thought the mods didn't know about.

However, while Derpy's_Augur is a tourette guy xxxFurryFanxxx is only slightly paranoid and tends to... enhance the truth.
So either he is someone with multiple personalities or different obnoxious persons.
