So I can't change any settings because my name has an ï in it? I changed them before with my old name, which had an ï and Æ.

Users can no longer request namechanges or sign up with names containing emoji, non-Latin text, accented characters, and (most) special characters. As a general rule, users who already have a name with these characters will be able to keep their names as long as they don't request a name change.

Guess you found one of the areas where being grandfathered in is an issue.

Kidding. I thought accentuated characters were part of the allowed characters... I mean, some are used in French, Spanish and Portugese languages

E621 doesn't have the ÆØÅ

Just letting everyone know that I've got a fix ready for this, but it needs some testing first to make sure it doesn't break anything.
