Looked at fuzzy_handcuffs wiki and it has
1) above alias fuzzy_cuffs -> fuzzy_handcuffs (alias #8435)
2) and fuzzy_handcuffs implying to handcuffs (implication #2840 with no forum post)

Since
1) handcuffs "are a type of wrist cuff primarily used by police forces ..."
2) fuzzy cuffs can be ankle_cuffs or leg_cuffs (example: post #3246266 )
(EDiT: OR fuzzy_cuffs NOT attached to any body-part. examples: post #3332641 , post #3270756 , post #3187523 etc)

wondering if alias should be reversed (TO: fuzzy_handcuffs -> fuzzy_cuffs) (OR fuzzy_handcuffs implies to fuzzy_cuffs)

with implication changed to fuzzy_cuffs -> cuff_(restraint)
