where does it say no upload video capture content on e621. it's only about images. you definition of screen capture is images it's a video.

@Ratte: and the video was no video snippet and the video is fair use. they didn't post copyrighted content on youtube if the copyright owner cannot hold the copyright. it's completely legal.
