That changed in Twilight Princess for the Wii, though it could be argued that since the game is just mirrored from the Gamecube edition that it doesn't count. Skyward Sword used right handed controls since most players would be right handed.
Breath of the Wild had a right-handed Link as well, though the reason was rather silly: The controls were on the right-handed side of the controller, exactly the same as all of the games in which he was left handed instead.
